Just like Predator's plasma caster.
Laser Cannon for Equipment Launcher. The main purpose of this weapon is to blind enemies, deals decent damage. Cooldown - 10 sec.
It will blind and disorient NPCs for 8 secs and players for 5 secs.

Requires Equipment Launcher by Delta

How to use:
Type "bind x cb_laser" in console and press x to fire laser cannon

CVars:
"cb_laser" - Fire Laser Cannon.
"cb_laser_cooldown" - Laser Cannon cooldown.
