Is there even a halfling blood court, or are they not halflings

This Mod is currently causing Anbennar to crash and not load properly. Is this an update issue or something else?

decentralized vassals do not require diplomatic relation, however cannot be integrated without first releasing them or losing them in a war, they provide less money than a usual vassal but will be called into your war, likewise if they are attacked, you will have to protect them. It works kinda like a mini-hre. You cannot steal provinces from them or force them to convert either.

It's sorta like a powerful vassal that's not integrated, works like m&t decentralised vassal system

How do decentralized vassals work?

the modifier "pikeshar_fortifications" is currently undefined making the decision a repeatable money/powerpoints sink
