解説
This mod changes the affiliation of enemy factions attacking the town and prevents the faction relations between them.
Since fighting an enemy faction will worsen the relationship with the existing faction, all factions attacking will be changed to MOD faction invaders.
* The town is the town of NPC, not the base of the player.

このMODは、町へ襲撃してくる敵勢力の所属を変更して勢力間の関係悪化を防ぎます。
襲撃してくる敵勢力と戦うと勢力関係が悪くなってしまうため、襲撃してくる全ての勢力を関係が変動しない第二帝国に変更します。
※動物の襲撃は野生動物のままです。
※町とは、NPCの町でありプレイヤーの基地ではありません。

As blot told you this MOD requires the original MOD.
Also, the attack of the town of this explanation is limited to the town of NPC, not the town of the player.

@Kaiser Zero - Look to the right of the subscribe button, "Required items". Since the original mod is listed there we can safely assume that this one is not a standalone.
