This is a personal patch between my mod "More Trait, Civic, and Ethic picks - More traits version" and "Dynamic Political Events" by "Caligula Caesar".


Gestalt empire cost 4 ethics points - so it's still the maximum points from my mod.
It's require so both mods function properly and to avoid having another ethic with Gestalt empire.


Notes / compatibility :

- Use both the original mods !
- I overwrite the 00_ethics file, obviously.
