Alternatively, Unsubscribe and Resubscribe to Dynamic Footstep Reverb AFTER Subscribing to this! !!
This is just the sounds. preview map is gm_flux

I went through and fixed up the sounds to remove the varied starting delays (and other edits) so hopefully they're more natural-sounding to you!

Yes, this mod and Dynamic Footstep Reverb should work with any footsteps.. they act as additional layers to the footstep sounds
