Hey mate. The sceenshot thing is a part of a beta Steam is running at the moment. First you've got to opt into it. Go to 'Steam > Settings > Account'. There should be a section called 'Beta participation'. Click the 'change' button, select the beta, click OK and restart Steam. The in-game bind to take screenshots defaults to F12, but that didn't work for me. I remapped it to the 'insert' key and that works alright.
