Overall this is a good game. I feel like it could use some more end game content. To me, it seems like once you have a stable base, the rest is just doing the same and growing your numbers. It's rather repetitive and monotonous. The graphics are good. The early and midgame play is fine and quite fun/stressful. But it falls off quickly after. I'd just like some finish goals to shoot for other than the milestones. For example, a research tree that you start working on mid game providing a path to 1 of many end game goals like terraforming the planet or something.

I expected a little bit more for the price tag. There is just so much more they could do with it. Of course, everything these days is always in beta in a sense that devs update all the time with new features or DLC, so there's hope yet. I'd recommend picking it up. It did provide me with ~60 hours of play time, but as I got all the achievements, I don't have any intention of going back to it in the near future. It just doesn't have much replayability. I'll probably let it sit a good 6 months and then see if they've added anything worthwhile, be it updates or DLC.
