Its not a core sim based game but hybrid sim enough to keep you engaged in "slow paced" realistic like Trucking game with no highways to cruise but mud and off-roads to bruise.

I love playing this game for its relaxed, no time-bases story missions with some off-story time trials.
This is probably one of best Trucking games out in market.

Thoroughly enjoyable both solo or in co-op. There is no way to communicate in CO-OP game mode though like text chat in-game or voice-chat in game which makes the whole multiplayer experience with randoms non-enjoyable and pointless.

There is no TRAFFIC of any kind, or Ambient, Animals, Sounds of any kind in the game. Completely ignored by the developers, they are busy in new games, ignoring a lot of things, eventually screwing this game as well as newer games they develop. When you don't listen to end-consumers, what they want, like or need, what problems they face and should be worked to be fixed as priority, you cannot develop a better new game ever. Either understand this or better be ready for downfall, with snowrunner being the only success on which you try to leech more customers in other newer games you develop, losing respect everytime you do so.

There are bugs in the game, still unfinished in 2025, unpolished experience.

Steering wheel is highly recommended for this game to be enjoyable, that's why the player base is a bit smaller compared to controller biased arcades out there.

Graphics are good, I wold recommend new players to start normal campaign and finish it to experience the game than playing mods or New Game+ which is full customization making the game either hard or way too easy.

At the end its a game with positives and negatives, negatives which are left "ignored" by the developers.

Communities work harder than developers to make the game alive and sailing smooth till date.

Also, its called SNOW RUNNER but there is more MUD than SNOW in the maps. Its a mixture of both, i would recommend to name the next franchise at "TRUCK RUNNER" or "Truck Runner : Extreme" like that.

Ez Lazy Driving Sim

Good even on gamepad... graphically good too.

Graphics are good enough, but need more GPU VRam for high settings, still tortures CPU unless we control cpu clock boost/undervolt, etc to not over shoot the cpu in laptop (my experience).

Look feel, controls, environment mapping, checkpoints, event stylization, everything is inherited from Heat.
Very little brain was used in making this game, focusing on Anime factors and effects which people didn't cared much.

Instead should have focused on story, which is missing, there is only grinding in story mode, and the grinding is not random, its a set of events we have to pick and do to earn in-game currency, which is the only way you can buy and upgrade cars, car parts and garage.

Online have exact same races as story mode, same tracks. (Very lazy to do so)

I have this game only because i am NFS fan, though i barely played any last 5 NFS game more than 50 hours, just keep them for collection.
Prefer Crew and Forza series over this always.

Very Interesting game as well as the graphics are so par beyond the time it was released, i had this game from release date purchased at full price, but never played it.
Many fps games in 2023 still can't match the graphics of this game.
Had played Arma 2 for few hours with friends though.

Despite having Original copy from 10 years, i have to use Cracked Version for Offline Play.
Thanks U BE SOFT A$$ for taking game away from steam, removing support and online SERVERS while there were hundreds of players online every day to play it with community.

I came to know you took your step back, and i do own The Crew, Crew 2, Crew Motorsports, while Crew 2 was amazing game, with such a huge map and good graphics, motorsports sucks, and to save it you will go to anyone's GRAVE to dig life out of motorsports.

The Crew is my fav among all. Though like everyone, i had played it on lowest setting 25-30 fps too initially, still loved the details it carried.

Good Game....

Interesting game, can go for atleast 100-200 hours easily, its kinda never ending though.
The only drawback is find is multiplayer is still not available, which would limit what everyone can do and farm.
