Not what i thought at first, but turned out to be one of the best new games i have seen. i quickly found myself strategizing to grow my empire larger and larger. 10/10 would recommend this game

this is a great game, although i do have one issue. the fact that before you can even play, you have to edit the display.ini file for it to work, is kind of a "push-away".
i had recently bought saints row 4 and i had to do the same thing. i keep hearing rumors about a possible saints row 5, which is really awsome, except that i really hope i dont have to edit the display file again just to play that. thats something the developer should realy work on to try and fix. other than tho saints row 3 is a really great game. has a good storyline that fits in perfectly. i always love to see games that operate like this. other than all the bugs, great job with the game. you developers really have something going here
