Why you shouldn't buy this DLC, yet:

-No new mechanics whatsoever.
-Buggy new middle eastern states which result in border gore empires.
-Burma and several nations in the middle east are now independent (they are there even when you disable this DLC), don't have a focus tree in the slightest, historically inaccurate and just makes your game lag even more.
-Underwhelming focus trees, which are also infested with bugs.
-Overall a buggy mess.

If you have 15$ to spare for the glorious Paradox Interactive™ go for it. The DLC's are just donations for Paradox at this point.
