I normally upgrade the GPU every 4 years, and full build around 5-8 years. Seeing as my last build was much costlier bec of the crazy inflation around 2020/2021, I prob won't upgrade for a good while. However, I should update the list since I did get some new case fans, monitor and external HDD this past year. Also VR.
