Feel free to post events, as soon as you learn of the time, in the "Events" section in TASN. Enter the group, look on your right hand side, and you should see "Schedule an event". Click on that and the rest is self-explanatory. Just use a similar format to the other ones you see under "View all events" and make sure you select the correct date and time.
