A curse sank the Titanic. The curse of Luke. Supposedly the Titanic carried the body of Luke which was stolen from a pyramid. They say that the body had a history. Everyone involved with it died mysterious deaths. "Those who open the coffin will be forever cursed." Haven't you ever heard that one? That body wasn't just a normal body. Supposedly, he was really pretty. He wasn't all shriveled up or rotten or anything. He almost looked alive. They say... that he was frozen. You know how a human body is more than 60% water? Well, all of that water was frozen. The story says that from the time of its discovery, all the way through to when he got put on the Titanic... even though it was carried through the desert... his body never melted.

-rep Young Luke. How you grapple, without falter, with this dreadfully twisted world. Peace grants men the illusion of life. Shackled by falsehoods, they yearn for love, unaware of its grand illusion. Until, the curse touches their flesh. We are bound by this yoke. As true as the Dark that churns within men. All men trust fully the illusion of life. But is this so wrong? A construction, a facade, and yet... A world full of warmth and resplendence. Young Luke, are you intent on shattering the yoke, spoiling this wonderful falsehood?

Come again? *The bar falls silent. No one dares to make a sound, as you have just said a very poor choice of words at a very dangerous time. I remain slumped over the bar, not looking back to you. One hand limply holding an almost empty bottle, the other hand cradling my head. I repeat the question, this time louder.* Come again?! *You can hear me slur the words, the sentence sounds like a real struggle for me to get out. I’m clearly intoxicated. A bead of sweat rolls down your face as you realize you might have just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up in a very major way. Everyone else in the bar is pretending to not notice what is going on. The bartender idly washes a mug with a cloth. His eyes are closed and he’s muttering something to himself. A handful of people hurriedly leave. One person looks back at you, a look of sorrow on their face. They almost say something, but shake their head and cast their eyes down to the floor, and leave. But not you. You stand, petrified.
