Red dead 2 is one of the best single player games of all time.

Red dead online is a worthless cash grab. You can't do anything to avoid being shot by some random teenager with a hard on for annoying people they don't know any time you're in free roam, basic functions of the game are locked behind premium currency that is very expensive compared to other premium currency in other games that's only used for cosmetics, and many of the standard items from the story mode are rank locked. For example, in the story mode small game arrows are something you can craft whenever because you need them for hunting, but in this game you have to purchase the pamphlet in order to craft them, and the pamphlet is locked until rank 22. The bounty hunting system gives you ♥♥♥♥ rewards compared to the story mode but everything costs an ungodly amount of money so you're left to sit there and just hate yourself for spending so much time and effort on nothing. I genuinely don't understand why people would choose to play this game.

I was a longtime halo fan and wanted to be lenient but...

Multiplayer sucks. Worse in almost every way from Halo 5, but the big one for me is that almost none of the guns carried over from previous Halo games. Fuel Rod? Gone. SMG? Gone. Incineration Cannon? Gone. Covenant Carbine? Gone. The new guns are mostly garbage, except the Skewer. The game just feels... off. Like a Halo knock-off based off of Call of Duty. Also, there's a grappling hook now but it almost never works. Neither does the deployable cover, as you can shoot through it after 2 or 3 bullets. I miss Warzone and the REQ system from Halo 5. As a matter of fact, the only thing this game has done so far for me was make me want to play Halo 5 again to get all of the things this game is missing. Especially Warzone, which was an awesome game mode and hasn't carried over at all.

The UI is almost Cyberpunk-level annoying to use. Overcomplicated.

Armor customization looks cool until you realize you have almost zero options that you don't pay for and that armor cores, which are expensive and act like they give you a bunch of features, are an all-or-none deal. Meaning you can't just use the cool parts of a purchased armor core, you have to use all of it or none of it and look exactly like the rest of the people who bought that armor core. Weapon customization isn't much better.

Being able to play cross-platform and keep progression across platform is cool. Allows my friends to play with me even when their computers suck.

I haven't played the campaign because I haven't been willing to cough up 60$ for it yet (especially since I wanted to play it with my dad, who got me into Halo many years ago, but co-op campaign isn't available right now), but the campaign might redeem the game somewhat. Judging by all of the guns that seem to be missing from Multiplayer, though, I think I'm still going to be at least moderately disappointed. The only classic Covenant weapons that seem to be present are the plasma pistol and needler, and both look lame now, but that's subjective.

I felt like 343 put effort into this game, especially considering all of the new guns and their unique functions. The gameplay was enjoyable, but not as good as Halo 5's. I've tried to be supportive of 343's reign of Halo instead of just looking at the old games with rose-tinted glasses and treating 343 like a crappy step-parent. Halo Infinite is fun, it just falls short in too many ways to count, and leaves me feeling sorrowful about what I know the game could be. I knew things had to change - if I wanted to play Halo 5 or Halo 3 or whatever, then I needed to play Halo 5 or Halo 3, not complain that the new one was different. But none of the changes feel good. They just feel lame.

Also, the only plasma rifle-adjacent weapon in this game is the pulse carbine, and the pulse carbine is BS.

I rate 2/5 stars. Overall terrible design. The core gameplay was decent, but a zombie shouldn't:
1. Live through a headshot, especially from a shotgun at point blank.
2. Be able to hit me from four feet away when it can only stretch its arms out for a foot or so.
3. Be able to run as fast as I can. Normally i'd be talking about the special "Runner" zombies, but in this game the regular ones run too. There are also military zombies. They move slowly, but are wayyyy too tough. (See problem 1)

There were also only two guns per class. Yeah, you can customize them, but you should have more guns available. Weapon Variety is what keeps FPS games alive. Also, the zombie spawns are as stupid as possible. I'm playing a map, i think it's called Office, where i have to go down through the building, clearing out zombies as I go, plant a bomb in a nearby parking garage or something, and then get back to the building, using the now-somehow-functioning elevator that stops at every floor in order to let zombies in. The elevator was about 4 feet by 4 feet, way too small for five spec ops zombie killers. Back to the zombie spawns though, They're spawning in the entire way, after we've already cleared the building. Somehow, they're even able to climb ladders and get up to the helipad area where you come in. You should be running AWAY from zombies, not INTO them, when you climb a building you left eight seconds ago that had no zombies in it at all. I still gave it two stars of course. One because it had so much potential, and one because it had almost enjoyable gameplay, with very good visuals. Zombies, guns, etc. looked great. I don't always care about this though. I still play Halo 1 with the original graphics over the Anniversary ones.

Overall, a good game that clearly had alot of work and time put into it. There were, as expected, problems. I loved the game, but I think some of the areas needed to be a little easier to get past. Not enemy wise, but puzzle wise. Also, make sure controller support is good, because it's annoying when it isn't. I know it says partial controller support, but I'm just trying to make sure controllers work atleast as often as mice and keyboards. Also, (Spoilers) the section where you fall down a vent and lose your weapons? You shouldn't lose your weapons. It just doesn't make sense.

Excellent game overall, but a severe lack of help. I find myself constantly consulting the wiki, the Guide npc, and my friend who has beaten the game. Also, many items for crafting weapons/weapons themselves are drops, relying on luck to get decent stuff rather commonly. As if that wasn't enough, A decent amount of almost essential items can only be found in chests lying around the world. That being said, the game is a great amount of fun, and each world is different. If you find it difficult trying to get an item from one of the previously mentioned chests, you can start another world with the same character and have the two worlds. You can make as many worlds/characters as you want. Your first playthrough may be rather annoying on occasion, but by your second playthrough i have no doubt you can find your way around. And also, try out fishing, it's awesome.

Team Fortress Two is an incredibly fun game, based on nine classes, robots, fighting genetic copies of yourself with the only difference of different clothes, blowing people up, headshots, backstabs, building sentries, teleporters, and in some cases, actually playing the game instead of dressing yourself up. I love it, and you probably will too.
