I am really liking Rising Stars new 'Global' Ore and Matter.

Not sure about getting rid of outposts though... That removes one of a race's signature weaknesses (not being able to build outposts)

Is it military or commerce station upgrades that prevent planets from being taken over in the sector?

seriously though, I once calculated the 'entertainment value' I have gotten from Rising stars. I have over 1200 hours of play, much of those with your mods. assuming a twenty-five% value from the mod, and an average of 2.5 dollar/hours for video entertainment, That means I have gotten about 1500 dollars worth of entertainment from your 'free' mod.

And That's just me.

well, even if you dont stream, you could record. in game recordings are around, just google it. easy to set up.

It's been working for some time now - but I wish Adonminus would go ahead and merge his Content Expansion Project (which was briefly present on his maps before replacement with Delirium's mod) with Delirium. How hard can it possibly be? Okay, sure, I made a mess of it myself, but I ALMOST got it to merge (actors were the point of death)

Viktor, you do realize I was reporting the other admin, the one who kicked me 10 minutes after the argument related to the destruction of the ship, right? Sadly, the ship was on Jupiter's moon where I was building it (as Earth had become a dangerous zone to build in at the moment due to a guy called Storm (with a star right after the "m") who had destroyed everything in sight, even requiring extreme measures to avoid after I had arrived on the moon.
