best played with friends

I cannot recommend this game in its current state. It is one of my favorite games, and I've sunk a lot of time into it. But due to some recent changes that has changed.

This game is really enjoyable, and pre-ski pass I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a great wintersports game. But now its just a mess. There are a few main problems.

- The new ski pass system is disgusting, It forces you to buy 3, 7, or 30 day passes to individual mountains that used to be free.

- The main mountain, sailia, Is now locked and has been replaced by a small and boring tutuorial level.

- If you want to play with friends you are forced to play this small level which gets boring within 30 minuts of playtime.

- new gear was added to the sailia events! This may sound like a good thing, but it was implemented poorly. I've already beat all the sailia events on gold, to get all the new gear I've had to go back and beat all the same levels again. this leads me too my next problem,

- THE EVENTS ARE SO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BROKEN! Every time I try to do events I either get disconnected and have to restart the game, or the game gets hung up on one of the multiple end screens and Im forced to force quit the game and replay the event.

- All progress with levels was reset completely. This wouldnt be such a big problem if leveling wasnt such a pain in the ass. It isnt even fun anymore since you are force to play on a tiny map with barely any features.

- EDIT: forgot to mention that the rewind is broken, and its now practically impossible not to get a bad landing. I land tricks really well and get a bad landing, I rarely dont get a bad landing, and the times I do it doesnt look any different from other landings ive seen. BROKENNNN

To sum it up, this game is great, but the devs ruined it through a bad monetization system. I dont mind purchasing games for a one time price, but there isnt enough content to justify a paid subscription system, or the absurd 60 dollar price tag for acess to all the maps forever. I would pay 20 dollars at the most for this game. Not only that but I've supported the game in the past through the purchase of cosmetics, I dont really want to spend another 10-15 dollars for maps that used to be free.

TLDR: Great game lots of fun, worst monetization system imaginable. Devs are money grubbing W H O R E S.

Ive put a ton of time into this game and really like it! It enables me to play with friends i dont live near which is awesome. However I stopped playing for a while and when I just tried to play the other day I couldnt join any servers, or even host my own. It really sucks because I've tried uninstalling, verifying cache, etc.... still doesnt work. So as of right now I can reccomend the game at all, If the servers are broken, the game is pointless.

I went into dungeon, found portal to another, then a portal to another, then a portal to another, then a portal to another, then a portal to another, then a portal to another, then a portal to another, and then I got fed up with not finishing any of them and rage quit. 10/10 would dungeon inception again.
