I'm a long-time gamer, nerd, and software engineer. I've been playing since I was 4, with Rygar for the PS2. You could say gaming is my life, and that wouldn't be far from the truth at all.

Anyways, lets get to the point. I have a top-10 list, like most people. Mine goes Death Stranding, the first Ratchet & Clank, and now Inscryption.

The story blends seamlessly between acts of the game. It extends to a full, live-action narrative and back to the game all while making it feel like you're playing a meta-game, not the game itself. It has wonderful, well-thought-out secrets and hidden gems scattered throughout the entirety of the game, and it'll take me more than one run to get them all found.

If you're on the fence, hopefully this review gives you the nudge to convince you to buy it. It's a unique, one-of-a-kind experience that should last you at least 10 hours or so.

Combat is difficult to master but easy to learn, so those who are casual gamers, feast yourself on this glorious game!
