I get what you're saying but vegeta has been known to strategize and goku only got attacked once I believe with the fist of fury, goku and vegeta are geniuses when fighting so it would take them little time to adapt to certain attacks, now vegeta might obtain UI but not right now his way probably will b different from goku but for now I'm saying vegeta just dodged jirens attack by looking and studying it
