Here Mac seems to be hinting that there is a connection between Saturn and dinosaurs, then goes further saying Dino-aliens (reptilians?) invaded Earth and feed on hypochondriacs. It’s like they’re feeding on our anxieties, our fears and not that we are actually sick but that this life convinces us that we must have something wrong with us and we search to find it but really all it is is the fear and anxiety, that is making us unwell, the very thing they feed on.
