It is a simple tower defense game that does exactly what a tower defense game should do: let you customize your towers via upgrade, let you place them in a variety of places, and give you challenging waves of enemies that test your defenses. Tangy TD does exactly all of this and does not try to be anything else. Simple gameplay, simple graphics, simple fun, and now the game has me hooked. It doesn't try to be a new-and-improved Kingdom Rush; Tangy TD is its own game through and through.
I'm really looking forward to how the development of the game progresses!

I absolutely love CK3 despite having a tough time starting out with it. I remember trying CK3 right after it launched and I wasn't familiar with most things in the game, even after spending a little bit of time playing CK2. What was different about my start with CK3 as opposed to its predecessor, however, is that it felt like it is designed to be more player-friendly with its mechanics and story-rich with detailed descriptions than its predecessor.

Managing your realm through everything from funerals to tournaments, growing your family through legitimate and illegitimate means, expanding your realm through regular conquest, or even taking up the life of an adventurer if your realm gets taken away from you, all of it has really helped keep me entertained whilst playing. Don't forget you can even try designing your own ruler/adventurer too!

Oh! And never forget the mods! Great quality of life mods like Culture Expanded, Community Flavor Pack, RICE, More Game Rules, and VIET have really helped add levels of flavor to CK3 that I really appreciate.

A very worthy successor to All-Stars Racing Transformed. The music is fantastic (soundtrack comes out on Nov. 26th i think), the mechanics in the races are great but might take some getting used to, gadgets are very customizable and allow for different styles of racing, and the online play feels very tight even with crossplay going on. The only shortcoming i can think of right now (just after the Minecraft festival ended) is the slight lack of tracks overall, but everything else feels and sounds great! Expensive as it is, this is more worth it than Mario Kart to me *especially* if you can get it on sale for like 40$ or 50$.

I really have very few gripes about Humankind so far. It's a breath of fresh air coming from playing a lot of Civilization V and VI, and though i appreciate some of the mechanics in those games, Humankind changes the pace in several ways that makes me want to keep playing. A few personal highlights:

- Combat in general feels fleshed out no matter the era since i can deploy my troops how i want to. Terrain actually does matter; reinforcements can join the fray; battles can take more than a single turn; and sieges actually allow sorties (garrison forces coming out and striking at the besieging enemy). On top of this, the game tells the player what special ability a particular military unit has such as: "Move or Fire" making it known that the unit can either move or fire their weapon during a phase of a battle, but not both in the same phase.

- Civics have become more and more interesting as development of Humankind has continued. Upon release, they seemed somewhat odd in how various civics were unlocked, but i believe in one of the updates that Amplitude released, they made it so that you can preview parts of a future civic you have yet to unlock. Sometimes you need to build certain districts, other times you need to research certain technologies, or sometimes civics are era-specific for them to be unlocked. Plus, civics are really influential on how you run your entire nation since they can grant discounts on certain things or substantial bonuses to certain areas.

- The Congress of Humankind (CoH) has been a welcome addition to the game. For me at least, voting on civics is actually a really interesting way to manipulate the other nations since if they vote against what you (and perhaps others) have enacted already for a certain civic, you (and any others) are forced to change over to the other side of the specific civic or spend Influence to retain your own choice (i.e. you enacted Privatized Industries already but the CoH voted to favor Nationalized Industries instead; you are then forced to switch to Nationalized Industries or spend a large amount of Influence to retain Privatized Industries). Not only this, but the gaining Leverage over time through the use of an Envoy travelling around is also fairly crucial since Leverage is used as a sort of resource within the CoH. Overall, it just feels like a much more fleshed out version of the Civ VI World Congress system which is fantastic.

I could say more but i'd rather not ramble. It's a fantastic game especially since Amplitude has continued to dedicate time and resources to it. Their effort shows in the more in-depth game mechanics, the additional beautiful artwork that keeps being added, and the cultures and wonders they add in over time. Sure things need to be ironed out still like maybe more luxury resources, a better map editor/maker, and fine tuning the tech tree so that i'm not in the final era of the game whilst only being able to build musketeers and knights, but the game is by no means terrible or irredeemable.

I highly reccomend this game if you have a lot of time on your hands and are willing to learn how to play through trial and error. For me, i had no idea what i was getting into, so i dove right in on Easy as the Timurids and swiftly lost. Don't be like me and fall like that, but rather, do the tutorial and look up gameplay of the game and learn its ways. If you end up liking the game, you will almost certaintly be playing it for hours without end.

One of the best free games i have ever played. Addictive and easy to learn for most people whilst getting ever more interesting with each patch, event, etc.
