if i buy sim city 4 deluxe to other account and run it it should run the previous save on pc or it will start with new save ! ?.ty

Yes, the Steam version of Simcity 4 can run on Windows 10 (at least for me, I installed just now to check). If it does not work on your computer, you might have better luck using the GOG version.

Remember to configure widescreen resolution using the guide found at this link: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=382540358 and to save often (the game is 15 years old at this point and likes to crash just after you built a fancy suburb).
