At it's core, there's a good fun fighting game here; but they somehow (in typical modern dev fashion) regressed nearly every aspect of it after the open beta.

The player count is bleeding fast, and it's looking to be another dead live service game (and at that, an expensive one) in the dump amidst the vast grave of dead and forgotten online games.

Congratulations, you done ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

It was all downhill as soon as they made it F2P.

RIP to Block N Load; a unique and charming game that made an impression in 2015 only to tragically be quickly thrown into the J*gex death spiral and later spit on by Toadman Interactive as it slowly wasted away for the rest of it's lifespan. You will be missed.
