Disclaimer: I got this for free via Humble Bundle not technically free but yeah.

I thought it was fun but there is no real fan base for it. I bought a few coppies for my house and we had a great time LANing this but we never picked it back up due to the lack of content and countering the game prvides. Don't expect am unreal clone or anything long lasting. But it is a great drinking game.

All in all a desent little concept game I don't feel it's going to stay in anyone's mind though

After a year of rage and hatred, The Bureau: XCOM Declassified holds up and tells an interesting and surprisingly well-told story in the XCOM Universe. The "Mass Effect" like third person shooter focuses heavily on it's tactics and squad-based gameplay and delivers nice, clean game that still holds up and looks beautiful. The Bureau strays away from it's top-down tactical roots and delivers something that newcomers can easily sink ther Ethereal tindrils into and allows a new story to be experiance. Although the release was buggy and riddled with acusations of the dreaded "Franchise Tag-On" a year later seems to fleshed out it's bugs and stays true to lore. 8/10

One of the best tactical shooter since the first Rainbow Six.

After 3 years and 671 hours in this game I have to resign my recommendation. After Zombie's collapse and PWE's debauchery of the monetization this game has become insufferable to new players. If you are willing to grind for gear and/or shell out cash (Approx 300 bucks at most) this game is for you. The gameplay is solid, chaotic and fun. Older players will love dipping back in for a few matches every once in a while. But as for newer players don't bother.
