You have to start the thing up and run it to adjust all your settings to make it not run like crap, which wastes the measly 1 hour they gave you.
You then have to adjust your mouse settings and figure out the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ controls, which takes even more of the measly 1 hour they gave you.
It's a vertical slice of 2 parts of the game, and yet they still only let you play for 1 hour combined in both of those vertical slices.
I took my time because I didn't look into this to find out that you only get 1 chance to play for an hour.
I thought you were just going to have to replay that one hour and could speedrun as far as you could go.
I thought you would get 1 hour in each of the portions of the game.
Why would they do it like this? Just unlock the damned demo and make it a real, normal demo.
I know Capcom knows how to make a real demo for a game. They've done it before.
Just as an example, they did it for Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, and that was released in 2007.
Why are we going backwards?
Why did this demo just piss me off and make me disappointed rather than make me want to buy the game?

According to their website, you can't even use the graphics in your games, so I don't even understand why people are giving good reviews to these DLCs as indie game developers.

https://brashmonkey.com/art-packs-eula/

This is their website, and it essentially says you can't use any of the art packs commercially without asking.
The application itself is fine, but the art packs are essentially a digital paperweight from a game designer's perspective.

Allow me to clarify what I mean:
Within the permitted uses, which I shall paraphrase here: 1. says you can create a game or animation.
2. says that you may advertise that game or animation.
3. says you can make a publication as long as it is not for re-use in other people's games or videos (They also wrote who's here instead of whose. Who's is a contraction of who and is. You basically just said "...publications who is content is not intended..." Fix it. Fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it.)
4. says you can make copies for personal use or promotional purposes specified in (1.) above, but not for resale, license or other distribution. (THIS IS ESSENTIALLY A LIMITATION ON 1. DISALLOWING YOU TO SELL WHAT YOU CREATED IF YOU USED THE ART ASSETS WHICH YOU PAID FOR) It's worded very snakishly, and perhaps not what they intended, but nonetheless it is very wishy-washy sounding legalese that I'd not want to tread over.
5. any other uses if their legal entity itself blesses you with written approval (this often means a company wants you to ask them to use something commercially and pay a second, larger fee that they don't advertise publicly)

In other words, nothing here says you can sell what you made, just that you can make it and publish it. The entirety of the language errs on the side of no commercial use, whether that was what they intended or not, and I wouldn't trust the words of a forum user, even a moderator, who I can't confirm is listed as a Manager or Authorized Representative of BrashMonkey LLC. or whatever equivalent representative is required by the state which the company is registered in. I couldn't find the company on http://corporation.directory so I can't look up the laws for the state the company was registered in.

Not knowing whether you're going to be able to use something that you already paid for is not in any way encouraging in a designer's desire to use an art asset. Why make anything when its use can be shut down by someone else on a whim?
If it happens, you just wasted all your time and effort using the product which you paid for.

Just make your own art, and don't risk it. I didn't have them tell me no, because I'd never even try to use their art packs based on the preposterous license. Got these in a bundle, so I did pay for them, but won't be using them.

I hope this review helps the developers of the art packs and the developers who might purchase these art packs better understand the situation, and clarify my feelings about this situation as well. Maybe it will make a difference.

If they change the muddy legalese so it doesn't confuse people, I'll consider changing this review.
