Love your new game, I offer the following suggestions:
1) The launch button takes me to the bar level regardless of what level the wheel has selected. The level has no title during loading. Pipes can't be saved to belt during this level. I assume that last aspect is the "secret mode," but the first two things I suggest be changed.
2) Add a job campaign, showing of a map of New Orleans divided into 25 to 100 sectors (or, more simply, just a whiteboard that says "jobs") that turn from red to green when cleared. Sectors have preset variables for height, difficulty and location, and progress from easy to hard.
