WHY? Because:
1. Most health conditions can be addressed without knowing my weight.
2. When you focus on my weight I GET STRESSED
3. Weighing me every time I come in for an appointment and talking to me about my weight like it's a problem perpetuates weight stigma
4. I pursue healthy behaviours regardless of my weight status
