Your old acc should be tied to google/apple account or whatever you used to log in and link it to (i forgot the other options)
So you can get back into it via phone / emulator that you were using prior to play
Each time i launch BA PC i need to run VPN for initial launch for me to see my Global-Asia account otherwise im still shown the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that is set for deletion...
Also log into steam forced lvl 1 acc and set it for deletion, because that waste of bytes will show up each time you want to play now as its somehow force linked to steam even after you unlink it....
You have to basically log into nexon website in correct region your account is based in via googleplay/apple and then make nexon account like that on their site
When the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lvl1 is deleted after a week you can go to nexon website and log into the account you made with main acc linked and then link it to steam
