the 2 reason why the low level servers exist and both of them are completely unscrupulous:
The first thing its supposed to do is hide the extremely poor extremely exploitable combat mechanic system this game uses. If new players see ROH and the other nonsensical completely unrealistic moves that are preformed they would not buy the game during a free weekend or they would ask for there money back shortly after purchasing becuase you have 3 days to return a purchase.
The second thing it does is eats up the return/refund clock. It takes a little over 3 days for the average gamer/player to get to level 15 on the low level servers. That is more than enough time to conceal the broken and over exploitable aspects of the game while making it so the poor sap who purchased it can no longer get there money back.
That is the most blatant F*ck you from a company I have ever seen in the 20 some od years i have been in the computer gaming world.
The time that DW came out everyone in the community was begging TB to fix chivalry.
-2012 Chivalry. Everything works surprisingly well.
-2013. Big changes to the so called netcode
-All of a sudden fists and daggers are unable to hit an enemy moving away from you. Shorter weapons fail to register hits a lot more.
I happen to have in mind some specific mathematical solutions to at least some of the problems currently in the game, but I'll be sure to run them through your pen, paper and coffee first :P
@Pandawatch
I said I have a soft spot for it, despite it being an unplayable mess that is figuratively stuck at 400 ping.
Also, Deadliest Warrior isn't a standalone game dum-dum, it requires you to buy regular Chivalry as well.
