Hmm. Ako tak vidim tento profil je suchý a preto som sa rozhodol ho trochu osladit a pridám vám sem moj recept na koláč.

1.Jablká ošúpeme, nakrájame na malé kúsky a v hrnci 5 minút povaríme so škoricou. Môžeme pridať 1 PL vody. Necháme vychladiť.

2.Vyvaľkané cesto rozprestrieme a nakrájame radlíkom na rovnaké štvorce, podľa počtu otvorov na forme na muffiny (12 ks). Každý štvorec vložíme do vymastenej formy.

3.Do každého košíčka vložíme lyžičkou predvarené jablká, pridáme koliesko banánu a na vrch čerstvé alebo odmrazené čučoriedky. Vyčnievajúce okraje cesta potrieme rozšľahaným vajíčkom a dáme piecť do rúry. Pečieme cca 10 minút pri teplote 210 °C, potom teplotu znížime a dopečieme do zlatista a chrumkava. Dobrú chuť!
