Why anyone would play this piece-of-♥♥♥♥ game over Siege is beyond me, especially since Siege goes on sale for as low as $5 sometimes lmao

Game crashes at "Press any key" every single time, even though I played every itteration of the alpha and beta and it worked fine. Too bad, I really liked this game.

Update: So I got it to work. I had to reinstall the game, by deleting the local content from steam while keeping the files on my computer so uPlay would recognize the steam version of it (Oh boy! More issues with uPlay). Ive played about 50 or so matches, and I still stand by the negative review. The netcode is HORRIBLE. Not even just getting shot around corners horrible, were talking someone facing the other direction shooting you, then the killcam shows something comepletly different (what it would look like normally). There are tons of bugs, including endless loading, server errors, crashing, everything you'd expect from a Ubisoft game. My favorite bug was when I got to use my primary weapon while escorting the hostage.

This isn't news though I guess, I should have expected this sort of thing especially when its associated with UDon'tPlay.

Skull Rain Update: 3 seasons in, and I'm still getting matched with people that have 100+ ping differences from mine (which is usually below 80, which is still horrible) and lose every time to them.

Still, not recommended. This is an extremely unforgiving competitive multiplayer game where every little thing counts. It is completely unacceptable from a designer standpoint to have that much of an error in a game like this!

As is, no. I can't reccomend this. I've been watching this from the start, ever since it was just concept art. I was exretemely happy when I heard I was going to be able to play a S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-esque game online. The devs said from the beginning that PvE was their main priority, yet we haven't heard much about the dev process/seen progress. Really terribly optimized as well.

Update: Wow. I never thought I'd actually come back a second time to even further solidify my review to save you all the time. This game has become just another CoD clone. PvE is never coming and the devs don't care. Stay away.
