Once you start the game, Alt-Tab out and check the Windows Sound Mixer. Maybe it is muted by WIndows, maybe it is set to super low volume, maybe it tries to output to the wrong device.
Oh, and a final note,. the game does not like surround for some reason. If you have a surround setup, you may need to switch to 2.0 output only.
Even after totally desinstalled all mod and after redownloaded the game via steam; i have no music sound in the main menu and in the radio of my pip-boy. I have updated all my drivers. Thx

The second episode of Sam & Max Season 3 is probably the only one that features the typical Sam & Max moments of random craziness, making it the absolute best in the season—despite its incredibly roundabout way of storytelling.
Long version:
It almost feels like as if much of the creativity of Season 3 went into this episode. Most of it tells an adventure of the grandfathers of Sam and Max, Sammus and Maximus, about how they raided the tomb of a pharaoh called Sammun-Mak.
This large flashback is presented in a set of film reels, which all act like individual smaller chapters with their own unique stages and objectives. They are connected in a sort of a metagame: you can learn about certain events in later film reels, which in turn will let you pass some seemingly impossible part in earlier ones.
This episode is also where the season fills most of its cameo quotas, as it tries to make up for the lack of the familiar game elements by throwing in as many characters from Season 2 as it possibly could. Seeing their younger selves interacting the very Sam & Max-like grandfathers presents a whole lot of quirky humour that wouldn’t have fit anywhere else in the series.
But it is not all fun and games, as the last few minutes grudgingly tell us. This season was not meant to be laughed at, it is meant to be a serious drama, apparently, as The Tomb of Sammun-Mak ends with a note that can be classified tragic, shocking, even alarming… anything but funny, serving as a really dark, ominous cloud of episodes yet to come.
Using a local Windows account with a standard name (usually it is "admin" for most people since they keep a local admin account) usually helps.
