Risk of Rain is a challenging game that'll keep you alert as you advance through the levels. Despite how stressful it can be, I find that it helps me take my mind off things whenever I'm not doing well. Something I want to specially mention is the soundtrack! It goes along really well with the graphics and scenarios. The artowork for the game is also fantastic.

I haven't played many roguelike games before so i don't really have any criticism for ROR other than that on Mac it's a little glitchy (it's crashed on some occassions and has frozen up my whole laptop.) On one of the maps my character will even off the map completely even tho there's no reason for that (my character will be walking on ground and suddenly fall off screen.)

Depite the bugs for Mac, I still highly recommend the game for others!
