They took the money, they took the time, they excused themselfs in "its still in alpha, just wait and let us finish the game".

Now they rush trough development after wasting years redoing basic elements of the game.

Did they really improve the game to the promised 1.0? No
Did they make steps to move the game into a better overall game? No
Is the state of the game ready for a 1.0 after the 7º reboot? Maybe
Do they think more people are gonna hop in the wagon because of the 1.0? Totally
Are they gonna keep developing the game as it were still on Beta anyways? You know thats a yes.

They desire everything, and think of us as idiots, for that i say, Refund and scam someone else.

I Seriously cannot recomend this game,

Everything is like half way there, the paths, the story, the car mechanics, the stores, the controls (Awsd and mouse, overlapping serious actions), the options (there is no audio, or display, nor resolution) are less than minimal, the time dilation is absurd (even if you go as fast as the game allows, you will always get to your destination by night, even worse if you stop in the road to pick or repair anything, which is the only way in the game to get money to keep going)

I dont know if im the one whos doing some things wrong, but everything feels like a placeholder, but the game is in release, 15$, not worth even 5, Download it, play it for a few hours, understand that this is not a game, uninstall
