This game is super fun and I LOVE exploring the world created! It is buggy for sure, my biggest issue has been with random crashes so save often. I just got a new laptop so that hopefully won't be an issue anymore. Also, never use the Continue or Load button when restarting, go to New and hit escape then Load from there. That was my case anyway or it would be on a loading screen forever.
