I've now played this for a good set of hours, and i can i say. This game is truely addictive. It's a beautiful game. The style and mechanics are what most simulation games should be like. The game mounts a lot of hours, already from first download.

If i should place it in a pro and con schema, it would look somewhat like this:

Pro:
Lots of playable hours
Beautiful
Realistic AI for the Sim
Easy to get into
Workshop can give that extra content missing.


Con:
Missing some kind of endgame
Max 10x speed (you end up leaving the game in the background for hours)
