TBF people would have been equally pissed to see the pc release get pushed back a year or otherwise but regardless the game is good, base game has always experienced content drought since the dawn of the franchise and in my honest experience, it's better than ever with TU's and frequent balancing. Yes I'm aware that comparing the franchise as is now as capcom's triple A cash cow to the janky but very charming PSP/3DS days is unreasonable but the game is far from incomplete AS A GAME. There aren't any game breaking bugs or anything unpolished, it's just very horribly optimized FOR PC. If you haven't purchased the game and is understandably worried about performance issue, give it maybe few more months and hopefully capcom would have this ♥♥♥♥ sorted out by then.
