You need to buy Afterbirth+ to buy Repentance, but you can get all the DLC as part of a bundle. My point is that it's better to skip straight from Rebirth/Afterbirth to Repentance than try AB+ alone.

I don't texture our models, and I have no experience with that depth of Source modeling (it's a highly arcane practice, apparently). You might want to ask Talon, who did most of the work on the Makarov's model.

Hey man, I wanted to ask something with one of your accw one offs, the makarov, just wanted to ask what kind of method was used to turn the pbr textures to the source structure, I wanted to fix the stechkin by using the blueflytrap method, but I wanted to see how it was done "officially".

Every UC addon is open source; you can find GitHub links on the respective Workshop pages. Please do not upload them as they currently are on Git, even if they don't have a realistic chance of going to Workshop otherwise.
