First of all, the clitoris and urethra should just be combined into one. Guys pee out of their penises, so why don't vaginas also kill two birds with one stone? It's inefficient design. If women peed out of their clitorises, they could do so standing up, I imagine, and bathrooms would be much more efficient, just like the men's room.
