Simple fun idle game. I'm a huge fan of phone idle games and this plays very similar to one that has no ads and no offline rewards.

Gameplay loop is buy coins, flip them. Copper coins initially. 300 dollars for a silver. Next is gold. Reset after a few skill points unlock, and repeat.

Coins increase in price per purchase. Coins upgrade giving more money, faster flips. You can unlock helpers who will also flip coins for you. Skill points unlock on resetting with so much cumulative coinage. Some skills make coins better, make clicking better, make helpers better, or just new coins (diamond, platinum). Hats are purely cosmetic and you earn points to buy them every time you land on skull.

For the achievement hunters. 13.8 hours to unlock all achievements.

For the completionist... Unlocking every hat may occur eventually.

Aside from the cosmetic hats being a crazy grind, the gameplay loop to unlock all achievements is well worth the price of admission.

The game has flaws. Somewhere between 20-200 hours it peaks. After that... it is just number grinding. Definitely a good halloween game and likely assuming it continues to get dev updates, it should be good to play occasionally for a long while.

Mr. Lava is a good dev. Constantly adding new content at this time. Better join up early before Mr. Lava decides the game ain't worth it.

Currently the game has about 1000 hours of content. After 1000 hours, you might have reached near end game and don't really know what to do. The 1000 hours includes afk time you leave the game running. So literally a month or two worth of content. If you decide to not leave it running 24/7 it will last much longer. Definitely recommend just at least installing it and posting a good review (:

Hello, I purchased this game a few months ago and was super excited to play it. I decided to play it on stream today and played through the game twice. Super excited to figure out the mystery of the numbers on the books and the different routes. THE NUMBERS MASON WHAT DO THEY MEAN! I'm sitting here pondering away at what super secret code I'm going to decipher as I play through the game. I'm like "Okay whale path, heres a different soltuion." BAM. New area unlocked. Trying my hardest to pick a path unique.

Finish round two. Go check the numbers on the library shelf in the coffee shop.

ITS A BOOK ADVERTISEMENT. You literally put an advert for buying a book in this video game. What kind of sick twisted person would make a game like this, and then tell me to buy their book of an adventure I just played. This nonsense is insane. Like why would I purchase a book in a game that I just played.

So anyways I now have the site on my bookmarks in case the hardbound copies come back in stop so I can buy them all

A+ game. Definitely going to try to get all endings.

Highly recommend getting when on sale. Its a 3 hour experience for the story mode roughly. However, its re-playable easily.

Story mode: You are a gladiator and you face off against champions of champions. Each one becoming slightly more ridiculous than the last. You start off using swords, axes, shields, bows.... normal weapons. Mid game you can use two handed axes, two handed hammers, and iron gloves. End game you're using crab claws, honey badgers, and insane weapons.

Bosses start off similar. Tame then insane.

I recommend leaving the controlls as Gorn movement (hold a button to move while swinging arms). Extremely fun once you get use to it, and adds an extra challenge early on.

Dunno if I'd pay the full 20, but its often on sale for about 10.

ALSO: clear out anything fragile. You will end up punching a wall or a small child.

Played this game day 1. Great game! Had the basic RPG tropes, and dumb humor I was expecting. My one complaint was the game was way too difficult at points. However it looks like in 2020 there was a patch that added different difficulties and made the game easier. They also added a harder mode that I'm gonna have to check out now!

Definitely worth an indepth look, if not a purchase. :)

Borderlands x Diablo.

Super solid game. It has the feels of a borderlands game (shooter, loot game, quests) but the serious tone of a diablo game. It doesn't stray away from a few quips here and there to keep the mood from being too dark souls. Honestly a great game so far. The story line is very interesting. It definitely will scratch the itch of loot games til Diablo 4 drops, and it has replaced my desire to play borderlands currently.

I'm uncertain how the end game is though, so I cannot comment on that. Unable to compare to either BL2 endgame or Pre-Sequel (release) end game. If its end game is anything like borderlands 2, this will go down as surpassing Borderlands 2 as the top looter-shooter.

As far as story goes:

You are on a new planet because earth is dead. They sent two giant space ships to find a new planet with millions on board. When you arrive on the planet, everything seems fine and dandy. You're part of a small Outrider crew to make sure the planet is safe (like was believed by the scientist studying for new planets). The commander gives an all clear, but then a weird storm happens and it evaporates everyone. Commander doesn't want to take back the all clear. Storm wipes out nearly every Outrider. Your character gets trapped in cryopod because of injuries. 31 years later, you are released and the storm has given some people powers while destroying others. Tens of Thousands have landed and its all out war as no one can leave the storm center. The storm destroyed farming and electronics. You must find a way out of the storm to bring peace.

:) Super fun story. Definitely not extremely unique, but i'm interested in where it goes.

This game was my top played game as of 2019. This game was a great deal of fun to grind away on with some friends. We had a private server and definitely wasted hundreds of hours each playing it. I got into breeding dinosaurs so I would be up til extremely late at night.

My biggest gripe with this game is the game eventually plays like a mobile game where you have to wait to tame dinosaurs. "Please wait 18 hours to tame this dinosaur, but you must feed him every 5 hours or else he'll wake up". On public servers this is compounded by the fact anyone can just waltz over and steal the taming supplies while you're offline OR just murder the dinosaur. I can't do public lobbies on this game.

If you manage to get a solid group of friends invested in this game, definitely give it a shot. You can use sliders to adjust quite possibly every complaint I have about the default game. (tame speed, level speed, max levels, breeding speed....) I could not get involved in this game again though.

Plays like Saints Row 4 without the cartoon physics. Story is a Saturday Morning Cartoon. Each "boss" is a series of three missions ending with the boss fight. There is no true difficulty to the game. Early on you start limited to just a few options. Then you can open up to at max a difficulty of 15. Initially changing to that difficulty did pose a few problems, but there are a few broken combinations of agents that just are nearly unstoppable.

There are roughly 15 agents to choose from each different from each other significantly. Each has two perks as well. Having to take a hacker, armor, and shield breaker limits the team options slightly since you need those to complete some missions. But there are multiple in each category that you should be able to find a solid squad and go.

There are three saints row characters that can be chose as well. Nice nod to the game prior.

It isn't flawless. Quite honest there a tons of bugs. I had played for two hours in one session and got soft locked two times. First time was a simple reset the mission and I could move again (a cut scene didn't load). Second time I was just open world exploring and fighting a boss and he got frozen in place. Then when he died I became frozen in place. I couldn't pop up any menus and had to force close the game.

If the bugs were to get patched it would be a great game, well worth it. However, these bugs are fairly common and the physics being subpar for what you're expecting makes it not a 100% recommendation. Fan of Saints Row or GTA type games should be able to get their fix though.

Solid gameplay after 6ish years in alpha. Not sure if it'll ever release out of alpha, but there is a lot more to go. But if its in your library give in a go and try to live til day 8. the in game days do seem to drag on a lot and wish it was a bit faster from sunup til sundown to sunup. Especially as leaving the home at night is not the best idea.
