Halo is definitely not all nostalgia. Spawns in multiplayer are surprisingly good in the context for modern AAA titles like Modern Warfare where you often find your self getting spawn killed because the game spawns you with your back at the enemy. I would recommend that this is played with friends but its not a requirement because the community is pretty friendly.
