you remind me of William Lane Craig. Do you know who he is? It's okay if you don't, I would not expect you to. You should look into his stuff because you really do remind me of him. His Kalam Cosmological Argument may perhaps help you believe in God again. William Lane Craig has done so much for Jesus, and I feel that he will work miracles in you.

Understanding the proper context of Plantinga’s free will defense is important. Plantinga was trying to respond to philosopher J. L. Mackie, who contended that God’s omnipotence conjoined with His “wholly good” nature is logically contradictory of the existence of evil, such that one cannot accept both. To respond to this, Plantinga attempts to paint a scenario by which it is possible that God creates a world with evil and yet god is all-good and all-powerful. Note that we’ve said nothing about plausibility here - Plantinga’s defense does not need to be remotely plausible because he is merely trying to rebut the logical PoE. Plantinga’s idea is that so long as he can show that it’s possible for moral evil to exist at the same time as an omniGod, then he has shown that the existence of evil and an omniGod are not logically incompatible.
