Kunal Shah was a friend, a writer, and a damn Indian. His love of watersports & his deep pockets will be missed by myself & everyone else who had the pain of standing near him when he was drunk at a bar & in a charitable mood. He was always the first to suggest I have a BBQ & the last one to offer help cleaning up. His great strides in the fields of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ his co-workers, offending Jewish employees & breaking my cigs so I couldn’t smoke them are unrivaled to this day. & we will remember him by the faint musk of AXE that lingers by his desk & the broken pieces of my desk that litter the storage closet. We see his departure not as a goodbye, but as a good riddance.
You’ve been a friend, a coworker & a guy who stole a bad amount of money from the office over the years. I’ve seen you grow as a person, in ambition & weight. Your bright smile, your calming voice & your horribly outdated sense of style will be missed by all.
We’ll miss you.
