Dear Steam Support,

I am writing to seek your help in resolving a problem that I am experiencing on your platform. It is a problem that is causing me some concern and that I have been unable to solve without bringing to your attention. I hope in doing so we can deal with the issue quickly and amicably.
On the 15th of July this steam account wrongly accused me of being VAC banned on 4 different occasions, also that the false claimed VAC bans was removed from your site.
He is now claiming that i am bullying him online and spamming him.
I was very upset about this as I have been his online friend for over 3+ years and have not had any problems in the past. I enjoy gaming on this site with my friends but cannot understand why his attitude to me has changed. I was so worried and upset that I have had to go to my GP and have been signed off sick for a month.
