Bom vamos começar com o basico: uma galinhada


INGREDIENTES
1 frango, cortado em pedaços
2 tabletes de caldo de galinha
Suco de meio limão
2 colheres (sopa) de azeite
1 cebola média ralada
2 xícaras (chá) de arroz lavado e escorrido
2 colheres (sopa) de extrato de tomate
1 pimentão verde cortado em cubinhos
1 colher (sopa) de salsa picada

MODO DE PREPARO
Lave os pedaços de frango, tempere-os com os tabletes de caldo de galinha e o suco de limão e deixe tomar gosto.

Em uma panela grande, aqueça o azeite e doure os pedaços de frango. Adicione a cebola e deixe refogar ligeiramente. Junte o arroz, o extrato de tomate, o pimentão e 4 xícaras e 1/2 (chá) de água, mexendo bem.
