1. Finhakk persille og hvitløk. Ha over i en bolle med romtemperert smør. Bland godt sammen.

2. Brett ut pizzadeigen og smør på hvitløkssmøret.

3. Skjær deigen i fire deler på langs, deretter seks deler i bredden, altså ca. 24 biter.

4. Legg 4-5 firkanter oppå hverandre og legg de over i en liten brødform. Gjenta dette med alle firkantene til deigen fyller formen.

5. Stek brødet i ovnen på 200 °C i 10-15 minutter.
