Cheaters
My own VAC ban
I got it for the game Modern Warfare 2. I got it for using a modding tool to change the rules of in-game lobbies or matches. I didn't receive it for cheating. In fact, you cant even cheat with lobby tools for MW2.

My overall opinion on cheaters
I absolutely despise cheaters or smurfs. They ruin the fun for others just to boost their own self-esteem issues.
