There’s this weird game called Stanley Parable. Within the partially cloudy day in the Gulf, Stanley Parable got a Version 3. You had to pay for it again, and you didn’t feel right doing so. [papers rustle]
So, where were we, oh yes.

Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe continues to be a hilarious ruckus of an interactive medium as it always has. The atmosphere and aesthetic are spot on, and so are many of the jokes.

The worst part of the game is the narrator. For some reason, he irks me so much with his “worldbuilding” construct and “narration”, as if it were his intent. Also, he seems to change mics on the fly, causing inconsistent voice quality. And AUUUGH! It’s all so confusing!
He even makes a stupid joke about a bucket; he’s all like: “Oh, it was all a joke, Stanley. It was a bucket, there’s your punchline! Why? Because it’s a bucket! Isn’t that funny!?” He also shows evidence of having every single brain disease all at once. I don’t know why.

Also, Stanley loves to touch buckets more than he loves to touch buttons now for some reason. Nice inconsistent world building there. Maybe it’s a complicated relationship. Who knows?
