Hi there, I haven't had any involvement with CEDAPug for over half a year now, so you should probably ask any CEDA related questions to Luckylock instead.

However, to answer your question, there are no open APIs other than the ones used by the web application itself (for fetching queues, queuing up, posting in chat, etc.). Tracking stats (well, match history is the only implemented thing so far) is a premium feature, so I doubt Luckylock would open an API with that functionality to the public.
