Ugh? They're not listed? Ahem. It's First World Bank, Slaughterhouse, and the new Xmas one. And the achievements you need to unlock should be labeled in your personal achievements list. Or found via a quick Google search.

If you play through the heists listed and get certain achievements from them, you can get a safe to open, which contains items that you can sell on Steam's marketplace.

This site has pretty much every Steam TC related item to date http://www.steamcardexchange.net/index.php?showcase , if you wanna have a look.

And you can use Enhanced Steam to add an alternate background that'll show up to you and all other ES users while using the browser addon. You can pick any background, too! Even ones you don't own.
It's also a great tool for Steam's marketplace. I cannot recommend it enough.
