Great variety of possible combos skill-wise, good addition of stats via items and decent variation of gameplay between characters.
Illustrations for each god, item, skill and even menus are so well done, so colorful... something about them just clicks with me, even the map itself feels good to travel through even if a bit repetitive, its so well crafted visually, each legend feels unique to the eye with slick clothing and vibrant attacks. Whilst not the main focus, the audio also feels nice.
There is a RNG element to the game that I feel adds to the replay value even though the fights are predictable as of right now.
The boss fights are fun and tough but fair, as is the rest of combat throughout each run.
After a while, as you progress, you'll feel the game get easier but fear not because you have modifiers to make it harder and more challenging again.
Adding to that, even though there is still a lot of content to be added (I assume, with the Early Access tag), there is still progression as you keep looking for better gear and equally as important, challenges that unlock character perks.
All-in-all the price is more than fair for what the game already shows in consistency, how fluid and polished it feels, quality of content presented and fun levels.
